4 Sessions, 4 Tuesdays of Workshops with Sara Bashaw September 8th-September 29th, 2020

Join Sara Bashaw, Licensed PTA and 200 RYT, who combines her therapy techniques with the practice of yoga for this 4 week Rx Mini Series!

Week #1 ” Rolling into our Asanas”September 8th @ 5:30pm-6:30pm

In this workshop we will be integrating foam rolling into a complete yoga practice to improve mobility and decrease muscles stiffness for more efficient and pain- free movement! This class is beneficial for beginners to athletes and is open to all levels!

Week #2: “Yoga for Sciatica”- September 15th @ 5:30pm-6:30pm

In this workshop we will be integrating foam rolling and a variety of yoga poses to help relive pain you may be experiencing down the leg from the lower back.

Week #3: “Yoga for low Back Tightness”- September 22 @ 5:30pm-6:30pm

In this workshop we will be integrating foam rolling, yoga straps and a variety of yoga props to help relieve stiffness in the low back from excess sitting and decreased mobility.

Week #4: “Yoga for Hip and Sacrum Stability”- September 29th @ 5:30pm-6:30pm

Do you suffer from SI Joint discomfort and Hip impingement, if you answered yes, learn some techniques for self-care you can perform in your own home. We will integrate foam roller, yoga straps and blocks to decrease pain and release tightness.

Cost: 4 sessions for $72 or $22 per session for individual class.

Pre-registration is required for each option.
