Welcome Everyone! Lotus Power Yoga is excited to move to our new location in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin! Our yoga and massage studio is located at 770 South Main Street, Suite 25, inside the Cobblestone Square building.
Lotus Power Yoga invites yogis of all skill levels to be a part of our growing community. Our mission is to show, inspire you to experience personal freedom and start to better enjoy your life, yourself and take your life to the next level spiritually, emotionally and physically without any regrets, judgments or doubts. Life is too short, let’s begin by taking the first step towards your health and happy being!

Our Teachers

Yelena Foster, RYT-500, ERYT-200 and certified Baptiste teacher, registered Nationally with Yoga Alliance, Director of 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training School since 2013, Massage Therapist WI-11492146
Energetic, dynamic and empowering, Yelena  brings enthusiasm and passion for yoga and meditation to each class. Her classes are unique by level of variety and exuberance. She has been teaching since 2005 and meditation since 1988.
Both Yoga and Meditation have fit perfectly into her life and have given her stamina, confidence and, according to Yelena, made her an entirely new person. She opened her own studio in 2007, sharing with people how yoga changed her life.
Yoga opened new possibilities for herself and has given her the opportunity to express a greater purpose than she would have. Yoga lead her to meet with awesome Yoga people, Debbie Williamson, Baron Baptiste, Paige Elenson, Jonathan Reynolds, and Bryan Kest.
Yelena’s philosophy of life: ” Yoga is a gift and always available as a person needs. I am grateful for the gift of yoga and honored to share with you!”
Reading, dance, travel and meeting new people are a great addition to her fun life.

Elise Gothard, RYT-200
Elise began practicing yoga as a way to distress, though she soon began to feel the many other mental and physical benefits a regular yoga practice can bring. She completed her yoga teacher training with Yelena Foster in the fall of 2017  at Lotus Yoga and has since used her passion to help others enjoy yoga, too! The integration of physical asana, breath-work, and mental awareness makes yoga an important part of her self-care routine. Elise believes yoga is for everyone and enjoys using props and modifications to assist yogis of all abilities. Her classes sync breath and  intentional movement, bringing peace and unity to mind, body, and soul. Outside of the studio, you’ll likely find Elise out enjoying nature, in the kitchen, or curled up with a book!

Angie Vis Leiterman, RYT-200
Angie started her yoga journey in 2016. After going to a few yoga classes with her coworkers she began  to practice regularly and completed  her 200 -hour Power Vinyasa Flow training with Yelena  at Lotus Yoga in September 2017.
Yoga has helped Angie strengthen her body and mind. Regular practice  helps her to manage anxiety and still her mind from the distractions of everyday life. In the early stages of her practice she struggled  with simple poses, but with consistent practice and dedication she grew her strength. This determination is present in her teaching. She wants her student to succeed and get the most out of every practice so they too can feel confident with their body and strengthen their minds.
Off the mat she enjoys learning, reading, snowboarding, skateboarding and hiking.
