Are you new to yoga? Are you a beginner or are you practicing yoga now? Any levels of yogis and new people are welcome to join us for this workshop to explore your physical abilities, your inner and mental potential.This event is designed for people who have never done yoga before and current yogis. During this workshop you will learn with details how to perform your balance, what is, and is not important to help maintain your balance. You will learn alignment part during back bending poses, how to protect yourself and understand why back bending poses can help to heal you, and why yoga becomes more and more popular within different ages and different occupations of our society.
