Kundalini yoga uses movement, breath, postures, mudras, mantras and meditation to balance the nervous system. A balanced nervous system is fundamental to achieving and maintaining happiness, and also helps ward of disease. By empowering the individual to feel connected to happiness in the mind, health in the body, harmony in the emotions and spirit the ancient science of Kundalini yoga has emerged as one of the most excellent healing practice one can engage in.
During this workshop you will learn the basic of mantra, mudra, pranayama, asana and meditation practice.
