POWER OF BREATH FREE WORKSHOP Thursday, June 18th at 6pm with Melissa Schofield
The breath is our life force and brings balance to the body. Deep breathing promotes relaxation, but in today’s society many have forgotten how to properly breathe. In this group class we will discuss the mechanics of breathing, exercise the diaphragm and go through a relaxation techniques with the breath.
Melissa is a Reiki Master Teacher, meditation coach and intuitive healer. She is currently involve in 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and will being offering all levels of yoga in the fall 2020.
